Paul J. Neel
Associate
Paul brings a unique and diverse background to his labor and employment law practice at Kastner Westman & Wilkins. Before becoming an attorney, Paul earned both master’s and doctoral degrees in English, which led him to a career as an associate professor at Cuyahoga Community College. While he enjoyed his time in academia, Paul felt a pull toward the law that eventually led him to Cleveland State University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Paul’s journey to becoming a labor and employment attorney began with a deep interest in the intersection of law, policy, and human dynamics. His experience working alongside business and employment litigation partners at a previous firm helped him develop skills in handling litigation, drafting employment contracts, and assisting in employment investigations, mediations, and arbitrations. Paul now leverages these skills to help employers navigate a wide array of workplace issues, from contract disputes to complex litigation at K|W|W.
His practice includes litigation, advising on employment agreements, and providing counsel on labor relations issues. Paul’s academic background and analytical approach enable him to offer thoughtful, strategic advice to his clients, ensuring that their workplace practices are both compliant and effective.
