Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC is a labor and employment law firm representing management in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Six founding partners who had practiced together for many years formed the firm of Kastner Westman & Wilkins in January 2000.

Since our founding, we have added attorneys and key professionals to our staff in order to provide our clients with sound, comprehensive legal advice on the full range of labor and employment issues. Our professionals have extensive experience in providing management counsel on labor and employment, workers’ compensation, and employee benefits.
