Anthonia N. Ogbechie

Anthonia brings a distinctive set of skills and experience to KWW. She pursued her childhood dreams of becoming an attorney by completing law school after several years as a U.S. Army Reserve officer and federal civilian employee. Years of managing both military and federal civilian employees gives her a unique perspective on employee management and labor relations.
During her military career, in which she rose to the rank of Major, Anthonia commanded a transportation company of more than 140 soldiers and served in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2006-2007.
She joined KWW in 2023 and immediately began leveraging her vast supervisory and people-management skills, applying them to her client work at the firm. Anthonia’s practice involves representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including mediation, arbitration, grievance proceedings, collective bargaining, litigation in state and federal court and before local, state and federal agencies. She also provides training and webinars on labor and employment law topics.

Anthonia (pronounced ann-TONE-ee-ya) grew up in Staten Island, N.Y. She spends her free time watching Law and Order marathons and listening to audiobooks on Libby. She resides in Twinsburg with her husband and two kids.
