Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC, a boutique labor and employment law firm representing management exclusively, hired John W. Hofstetter as an associate attorney.
In addition to litigating a variety of employment cases, Hofstetter’s work at KWW includes all aspects of the firm’s labor and employment practice, including workplace investigations, representation of employers before a vast array of federal and state administrative agencies, and advising employers on day-to-day employment decisions.
The Lyndhurst resident is a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also previously earned a bachelor’s degree cum laude from The Ohio State University.
Prior to joining KWW, Hofstetter represented corporate clients in commercial litigation disputes at a major regional law firm, as well as at a practice in Chardon.
KWW’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller regional businesses, including both local institutional employers and public sector entities. The firm provides employers with counsel and representation in affirmative action compliance, alternative dispute resolution, employee benefits, employment litigation, EEOC and other administrative charges, human resources consulting, labor arbitrations and negotiations, occupational safety and health, trade secret and non-compete litigation, wage and hour issues, and workers’ compensation.
