Hofstetter Joins Kastner Westman & Wilkins as an Associate Attorney

Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC, a boutique labor and employment law firm representing management exclusively, hired John W. Hofstetter as an associate attorney.

In addition to litigating a variety of employment cases, Hofstetter’s work at KWW includes all aspects of the firm’s labor and employment practice, including workplace investigations, representation of employers before a vast array of federal and state administrative agencies, and advising employers on day-to-day employment decisions.

The Lyndhurst resident is a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also previously earned a bachelor’s degree cum laude from The Ohio State University.

Prior to joining KWW, Hofstetter represented corporate clients in commercial litigation disputes at a major regional law firm, as well as at a practice in Chardon.

KWW’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller regional businesses, including both local institutional employers and public sector entities.
