In addition to litigating a variety of employment cases, Hofstetter’s work at KWW includes all aspects of the firm’s labor and employment practice, including workplace investigations, representation of employers before a vast array of federal and state administrative agencies, and advising employers on day-to-day employment decisions.
The Lyndhurst resident is a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also previously earned a bachelor’s degree cum laude from The Ohio State University.
