Zachary J. Kiffmeyer
Associate
Zach represents and advises employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He works with businesses of all sizes to develop practical solutions to their workplace challenges, helping clients navigate employee relations, compliance and risk management issues. Zach has litigated cases in state and federal courts and has defended charges before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. He also assists employers in drafting policies, handbooks, and employment agreements that align with their organizational goals and legal obligations.
Prior to joining K|W|W, Zach practiced in the areas of labor and employment law and civil litigation at firms in middle Tennessee and Cincinnati.
He received his J.D. from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. While at Elon, he was a member of Moot Court and served as President of the Federalist Society. Zach received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Tennessee.

Other Personal Background Information and Interests
Outside the office, Zach, his wife, Claire – an Akron native – and daughter, Elizabeth, enjoy spending time on the Towpath trail right here in Akron, fly fishing in Northwest Ohio, and skiing in Western New York. When time allows, you can also find Zach in Knoxville, Tennessee during the fall cheering on his beloved Tennessee Volunteers at Neyland Stadium.
