Angela M. Bertka

Angie has a rich history with K|W|W. She was among the initial employees of the firm, working as a litigation paralegal when K|W|W was founded in January 2000. She served with the firm for 12 years before leaving to pursue an opportunity in the public sector.

For the next 11 years, Angie worked as an executive assistant in the Office of General Counsel at Kent State University, retiring from that position in February 2023. 

Angie was welcomed back to K|W|W as a litigation paralegal in June 2024 with a new perspective and valuable skills and experience to share with several former colleagues, as well as many new ones.

Angie resides in Stow. She has two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. She volunteers with several local organizations, but her favorite pastime is time spent with her family and friends.
