After graduating from college, Zach worked as a paralegal at an intellectual property law firm in Washington, D.C., where he saw how attorneys could deliver valuable services to their clients by anticipating issues and making strategic decisions before setting foot in a courtroom. This experience set him on the path to law school and continues to guide his approach to practicing law.

Zach grew up in Hudson, Ohio. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington, D.C., he attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as an Articles Editor on the Ohio State Law Journal.

Prior to working at K|W|W, Zach served as a staff attorney and clerked for the Honorable Frank M. Hull on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia. He then worked as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of the General Counsel at the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Falls Church, Virginia.

At K|W|W, Zach focuses on a broad range of labor and employment matters, working with employers to ensure wage and hour compliance, resolve workplace disputes, and provide clear, practical advice.
