KWW’s Kolligian Named to United Disability Services and Ohio Diversity Council Boards

Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC shareholder Jaime U. Kolligian was named to serve on the Board for United Disability Services in Akron and the Cleveland Advisory Board for the Ohio Diversity Council.

United Disability Services seeks to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their caregivers by providing high-quality, client-focused services and programs. The Ohio Diversity Council promotes diversity in the workplace and the community while developing youth programs that support diversity education and awareness.

Kolligian, who has spent her entire legal career at KWW, received her law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. She not only advises private and public sector employers on proactive and preventive workplace legal principles, but also helps foster diversity, inclusion and equal work opportunities for individuals in the Cleveland/Akron/Canton communities.

KWW clients range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller regional businesses, and both local institutional employers and public sector entities. The firm employs 14 attorneys.

The firm, which represents management exclusively, provides employers with counsel and representation in affirmative action compliance, alternative dispute resolution, employee benefits, employment litigation, EEOC charges, human resources consulting, labor arbitrations and negotiations, occupational safety and health, trade secret and non-compete litigation, wage and hour issues, leave management, HR training, and workers’ compensation.
