Patrick, an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law, joined K|W|W in 2023 with more than 15 years of experience focused on employer-side labor and employment law litigation and counseling.

At K|W|W, Patrick’s litigation practice includes a broad range of matters under the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, trade secrets and unfair competition laws. Further, he regularly counsels publicly traded, private sector and public sector employers concerning all areas of employment law, including discrimination matters, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, overtime, and minimum wage claims.
Patrick has earned the peer-recognized Ohio SuperLawyers designation each year since 2020. He earned his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The College of Wooster.
Patrick and his wife, Meredith, are raising their three children in Granger Township.
