Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC (KWW) hired Anthonia N. Ogbechie as an Associate attorney.
Anthonia, a U.S. Army Reserve Major, was most recently a supervisory staff administrator for the Department of the Army, a position she held while attending law school. She graduated cum laude in May 2022 from Cleveland State University College of Law and passed the Ohio State Bar the same year.
Her practice involves representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including mediation, arbitration, grievance proceedings, collective bargaining, litigation in state and federal court and before local, state and federal agencies. She also provides training and webinars on labor and employment law topics.
“Anthonia has 20-plus years of military and civilian supervisory and leadership experience that, coupled with law school and peer mentoring here at KWW, will serve our clients well in this role,” said Jim Wilkins, KWW Shareholder. “Her ambition, thirst for learning, and research and organizational skills make her a valuable addition to our team.”
Anthonia grew up in Staten Island, N.Y. and now resides in Twinsburg with her spouse and two children.
